ARDHI UNIVERSITY HOSTS THE KICK OFF MEETING OF THE GEO – ICT PROJECT

A team composed of five universities with expertise in GEO – ICT matters is meeting to set a road map on how they can work together towards implementation of the project funded by Finland Government.  It is this meeting which will also establish a common understanding about a project.

The project is expected to improve the quality and societal relevance in Geospatial and ICT in the area of research as well as education environment in Tanzania higher education institutions. Other universities involved in this project are including University of Dar es Salaam, Sokoine University of Agriculture, State University of Zanzibar and University of Turku of Finland.

Sida – ARU RESEARCH COOPERATION PRESENTS ITS ANNUAL PLANNING OF 2017-2018

Sida – ARU Research Cooperation has presented its Annual Planning at a Meeting held on 16th May, 2017 at Ardhi University in the Council Chamber.

The meeting involved various stakeholders of the programme including Sida, Ardhi University, International Science Programme and KTH representatives whereby different sub programme coordinators and teams presented their Annual Plans. A total number of seven Annual Plans were presented during the meeting.
